"text": "'poke around, watch it grow, stick it off to the side on a second monitor... enjoy the garden!'\n\nWhy do we enjoy sokoban so much? I wonder... Is it the instrumental practice of solving constrained problems? Is it the satisfaction of overcoming an obstacle? The curiosity of a self-guided tour of a curated logical state-space? Or maybe, it is simply our nature... Take a moment to step outside of yourself, give yourself just what you want, and reflect. Reflect on the joy of following your unconscious desire. On the peace of being at home in the cosmic consciousness. On living your life. On letting them push..."

"text": "'A tiny game about inner thoughts and introspection.'\n\nSome light sokoban, and some light text. I like the clarity of the tricks that the sokoban levels pull - not confounding, but pleasant. And the text, on the creative struggle to meet our own high expectations, project after project, on the gut punch that inevitably delivers to our motivation -- and on a way out. It's not revelatory, not even that confident in itself. But it is optimistic, that the solution is closer than it seems. And I love the ending - a bit of stylistic flare that feels like a dare, to both the author and the player, to get going, and to enjoy it."

Sand will spread and crates can remove sand.'\n\nA sheer cliff of a puzzle game that you can, nevertheless, climb. I don't often give in to extremely difficult puzzles, but I love the flavor of this one. The simplicity of the level and mechanics let you get started immediately, and yet, after your first few attempts, you end up stuck with one foot still on the ground. You build and tear down device after device, searching for the your way in. And then, you make progress. The freeform nature of the puzzle conveniently allows you to experiment with possible future states, rather than imagine them as you must do with most game puzzles. Slowly, you determine more and more of what you can't do, and you make progress. With each precarious step, you claw your way to green against the relentless power of the sand."
